Our standard rental rates include delivery and pickup to Zone 1, where delivery fees may apply to Zone 2. Please review our delivery area map to determine what Zone you are located within. Deliveries are made approximately 30 minutes prior to the event and removal will occur following the event. Queen City Inflatables, LLC reserves the right to deliver the equipment up to 4 hours prior to the event and removal as late as the next day, we will contact you to arrange delivery details prior to the delivery date. Queen City Inflatables, LLC will supply all materials and labor to set-up and remove the equipment (i.e. tarps, extension cords, stakes, sandbags, etc.). The customer must ensure there is a clear path to the area where the inflatable will be used as well as electric and water supply within 100 feet of the set-up site (refer to the amusements page for electric and water requirements). Rentals are for 4 or 8 hour periods; however, arrangements can be made for longer rental periods. For fees on overnight or multi-equipment rentals please contact us at info@queencityinflatables.com. Please review our cancellation and inclement weather policies in the safety information and FAQ sections of our website. Refer to the amusements and the FAQ page for requirements for operation and set-up of the equipment. In addition to the inflatable units, Queen City Inflatables, LLC rents a generator for locations without power, additional tarps and an operator/supervisor at an hourly rate.
